General Tenant Information
Here are a few examples of emergencies that require immediate assistance. If there is eminent danger to yourself, others, or property it may be best to call 911. Even when you call 911, contact our office immediately at 916-426-9150
- Broken Water Lines or Frozen Pipes
- Broken Door or Lock You Cannot Secure
- Gas Leak or Broken Gas Line
- Sewer Back-up and Flood
- No Heat in Winter
- No Air Conditioning in Extreme Heat Conditions
- Electrical Issues
- Water Emergencies
- Leaking Roof
- Carbon Monoxide Detection
- Extended Power Outage
- Intruder Break-in
- Each property has it’s own pet policy based on the owners, building and other factors.
- When pets are allowed, additional deposit and breed restrictions apply.
- Carpet Fee- Charged Once to pet sanitize the carpet when you move out.
If you need a cart to help with your move, there is an industrial type cart on floor P3. From the lobby, take the elevator to P3. When the door opens you will see a platform cart. Be careful with it and avoid taking it into the condo. Be sure to return the cart to P3.
You will either be greeted by a host and shown into your condo or you will retrieve your key from the KeyCafe.
KeyCafe: on the second floor of the lobby. Touch the screen and follow the directions. You will be provided an access code by me or the host. You input the code and the locker door opens.
- Send me a text message alerting me when you arrive in town.
- Send a text when you are parked and ready to check in.
- When you get to the front door, text one last time.
Typically, we create information centers in our managed properties.
- Look behind the front door, typically an info sheet is affixed to the door.
- Affixed to areas around work stations.
- Each property has it’s own handbook.
